Describing a Connection

by Mike Sententia on March 8, 2012

You found my old blog. Thanks for visiting! For my new writing, visit

For the article I’m writing, I need to describe how it feels when ethereal software connects to you. This is for someone just starting to notice these connections, someone just beginning with ethereal software.

I don’t remember how it felt as a beginner. Plus, it probably feels different for everyone.

So, let me ask you: How does that connection feel? Leave a comment and let me know.

For me pretty much feels like a sensation of “unity”, like when something is part of you can touch it or feel it and you can sense through it. I know is difficult to explain…

That helps. Thanks.

Boy, I was hoping there was more to this. :p

I can put a quartz in my palm and feel how the ‘feeling’ shifts at an odd angle (due to the crystalline structure?) as I send energy from one hand to the other. But kind of doubt that is the connection itself but rather ‘just’ the sensation of energy movement.

Not sure I’ve actually gotten a connection I can feel. I mean, I can send out a Spider-Man like ‘web thread’ to someone else and ‘tug’ and they turn to look about oddly. But I don’t feel anything — not the thread itself or any energy which may be only that connection/link/thread.

Hope to see where this goes.

Sorry, when you post every day, plus write for print books, they can’t all be long posts. I’ll put something up about my answer later, once I’ve figured out what it is. :)

And good visual and exercise with the web thread. I like it.

To me it feels like a distortion of the feeling of my mind that I can follow outside of my mind in a way that is not always related to space. It’s kind of like I’m absent minded, but that may just be how I feel when I’m feeling for it and not the feeling its self.

I’m starting to make the broadering connection thing, and recently try to recognize signatures, and the Ethereal Software one (Well, the connection I felt when working with my manifesting system) I felt kind of kinetic sensation in the lower part of my head’s back, like undulating pulsating waves coming from above in a spherical pattern.

Thanks guys. All this input is really helpful. It’ll give me something way better than if I just talked about how it felt to me.

I have yet to get any strong noticeable effects from the magick I have tried. But I do know that due to meditation I have obtained a stronger sense of awareness when it comes to ‘feeling’ a connection of some kind. The first thing I have noticed, is the humming in my ears. When there seems to be an entity or movement of energy, the pitch in my ears changes. Another interesting thing I plan on working with is vibes and sensing vibrations, feels like goosebumps on your skin. I havn’t been able to train or really master this second skill. But my ears came naturally through meditation. Interesting. I really enjoy this site by the way, very constructive for one’s rational mind.

I sometimes feel goosebumps with energy, too, and I keep forgetting to write about it. Thanks for writing this.

And I’m glad you’re enjoying the blog. Welcome aboard.
